SERVICE CHANGE EFFECTIVE DATE INFORMATION
UPGRADE - A service "upgrade" is a service change that adds services and increases the amount of the annual assessment. The new assessment amount will be displayed when the new service option is selected. The additional cost for the current service year, will be included on the next property tax bill. A confirmation of the requested service change with notification of the upgrade amount will be mailed the property owner.
Service upgrades may be requested at any time during the year. The requested upgrade will be effective within five (5) business days.
DOWNGRADE - A service "downgrade" is a service change that removes services and decreases the amount of the annual assessment. The new assessment amount will be displayed when the new select service option is selected. A confirmation of the requested change will be mailed to you (property owner).
Downgrade requests are accepted throughout the year, however processing is coordinated with the first available tax year.
