Project Overview

Seminole County studied an option to extend Slavia Road to the east to provide another option for traveling from Aloma Avenue (State Road (SR) 426) to Alafaya Trail (SR 434). The purpose of the study was to evaluate potential alignments, including right of way impacts, environmental impacts, stormwater needs and cost. The concept under consideration was a four-lane roadway extending about 1.3 miles.

In 2023, the project was placed on hold due to feedback from the public.
