SEMINOLE COUNTY BURN BAN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. LEARN MORE.
Sudden unemployment, family illness, or other hardships may impact our lives when least expected. These are times when a friend, or good neighbor, is needed the most.
To assist those who are experiencing a temporary hardship, Seminole County has established a citizen-supported Good Neighbor Utility Fund. This project is funded by voluntary contributions. No tax dollars or enterprise funds are used and no fees are charged for handling the fund. 100% of your donations to the Good Neighbor Utility Fund are dedicated to helping neighbors pay their utility bills during times of need.
If you are experiencing a financial hardship and are unable to make a water or sewer payment, you may apply for assistance from the Good Neighbor Utility Fund.
