A rezoning application must be signed by the property owner(s) or a notarized Applicant Authorization form must be provided .

Methods of Submission:

• Submit the application and Attachment A documents (as needed) as hard copy OR PDF files with your check made payable to Seminole County Board of County Commissioners.
• Submit the application and Attachment A documents via the County PlanDesk email.
