Code Enforcement Board

The Code Enforcement Board meets once a month (fourth Thursday), but does not meet in November due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. The December meeting is always scheduled for the first Thursday in December. The Board meets to consider notices issued in violation of the Seminole County Code including, but not limited to, zoning, and nuisance code violations, such as uncultivated vegetation or trash and debris.


The Special Magistrate hearings are scheduled on the second Thursday of each month. The Special Magistrate considers notices issued in violation of the Seminole County Code including, but not limited to, fill, arbor, zoning, building, fire and sign codes.
