Board of Adjustment (BOA)

Seminole County's Board of Adjustment (BOA) consists of 7 unpaid volunteers appointed by the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BCC). There are 5 regular Board members and 2 alternates. The BOA is empowered to hear and decide Variance and Special Exception requests. The BOA meetings are typically held on the last Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the BCC Chambers. The meeting dates are subject to change due to the holidays. 

Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z)

Seminole County's Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission consists of 7 unpaid volunteers appointed by the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BCC). The P&Z Commission is a  recommending body to the BCC for  planning and land development matters.  P&Z typically meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the BCC Chambers. The meeting dates are subject to change due to the holidays.

Code Enforcement Board (CEB)

Seminole County's Code Enforcement Board (CEB) meets to consider notices issued in violation of the Seminole County Codes including but not limited to, business tax receipts, zoning, building, fire and sign codes on the fourth Thursday of each month. The meeting dates are subject to change due to the holidays.
