As Deputy County Manager, Tricia supports Development Services, Emergency Management, Community Services, Communications, Animal Services, and the Seminole County Fire Department. Before this appointment, she was the County’s Director of Economic Development, Tourism, and Communications. 

Tricia has more than 25 years of government and community affairs experience. She previously managed community and government relations for Duke Energy and Orlando Health. Prior to relocating to Florida in 2001, Tricia was a White House Correspondent for a talk radio news bureau and a Legislative Aide for Congressman Ralph Regula (OH-16).  

Tricia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Indiana University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
