A list of inspections can be found in the Land Development Code Chapter 35 (Subdivision Regulations) Part 8 (Required Improvements) pages 35-91, 35-92. The types of Inspections needed are also identified at the Pre Construction Meeting.
Inspections are phoned in to the inspector by the contractor, developer or owner at
Inspectors are dispatched within 48 hours of phone call. Waiting time averages 28 hours depending on the time the phone call is received and appointment time.
After inspection is conducted, an inspection receipt is given to the contractor for his records.
Inspectors take a copy of the inspection receipt back to office and log it in the computer. Inspection receipts are then filed in project file folders.
