DISCONTINUED PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER 

"Seminole County Southeast Service Area-Indian Hills Water Treatment Plant – PWS # 3590571-02

 

On Sunday, June, 1, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. the Seminole County Utilities Department Discontinued the Precautionary Boil Water Advisory affecting Indian Hills Water Treatment Plant (21 service connection were affected).

Service interruption letters and “Precautionary Boil Water Advisory” tags were given to the customers to inform them of this situation and to provide contact information.  Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This "Precautionary Boil Water Notice" will remain in effect until the bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
