Due to the upgrade for ePlan (electronic plan review software) the following systems will be unavailable to the Development Services staff and customers from Thursday, September 21, 2023 at approximately 5:30 p.m. until Sunday, September 24, 2024 at approximately 6:00 p.m. 

• ePlan (Electronic Plan Review)

• Building Permits Online

This will affect all customers of the Building and Planning & Development Divisions.
