- Crews recently completed clubhouse roof repairs and replaced exterior staircase.
- Projects in the works include replacing the split-rail perimeter fence with a new PVC fence, regrading drainage swales, and cleaning retention ponds.
- Seminole County Leisure Services will be hiring consultants for a new irrigation system and a facilities study for the buildings and parking lots.
