Directions to Seminole County Cemeteries, using the Museum or a city as a starting point:

(1) All Faiths Memorial Park:
From the Museum go south 4.8 miles on 17/92. At Seminola Blvd. turn southeast 1.8 miles. Turn south on Lake Drive.3 miles to the intersection of Lake Drive and Park. Section 10/Township 21S./Range 30 E. City of Casselberry.

(2) All Souls Catholic Cemetery:
From the Museum, go north on 17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn left/west .8 miles. All Souls is the first cemetery in the Sanford Cemetery complex, on the south side of the road. Section 2/Township20S./Range 30E. ( Parcel 16A & 16B)

(3) Altamonte & Fern Park Community Cemetery: A.K.A. now known as Evergreen Cemetery, 2008
From the Museum, go south on 17/92 for 6.3 miles toward S.R. 436. Turn right/west on Melody Lane. Turn left on South Cypress Way, reaching 150 S. Cypress Way.
Section 8 /Township 21 S. Range 30 E.

(4) Boston Cemetery (Oviedo): A.K.A. Oviedo Colored Cemetery #1
From the Museum, go south on 17/92 .9 mile to S.R. #419. Turn left on #419 southeast 2.4 miles to junction with S.R. #434. Turn left/east on S.R. 434/Alafaya trail 7.1 miles to S.R. 426. From that major intersection, go south on Alafaya/434 1.2 miles. Turn left/east.9 mile to cemetery on the south side of the road. Section 22/Township 21S. Range 31E.

(5) Christ Episcopal Memorial Garden:
151 W. Church Ave. Longwood Fl 32750 City of Longwood; Parcel 42
From the Museum, go south on 17/92 3.7 miles to S.R. 434. Turn west/right on #434 1.1 miles to C.R. #427/Ronald Reagan Blvd. Turn north/right.2 miles to Church St. Turn west/left on Church .1miles. The cemetery is on the north side of the street.

(6) Chuluota Cemetery: A.K.A. Lake Mills Cemetery - private
The main intersection of Oviedo 434/426/#419 take #419 east to Chuluota 6.4 miles to Lake Mills Road. Turn left/east 1.3 miles. The cemetery is on the south/right side of the road. Section 27/Township 21S. Range 32 E. Parcel 14

(8) Combined Cemeteries: Colored/Page Jackson
From the Museum go north on 17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St, (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west/left .8 miles to the Sanford Cemetery complex. Take the second drive that runs between All Souls Catholic Cemetery and Evergreen Cemetery, procede past Lakeview on the sand road. The Combined Cemetery is the large cemetery
That lies directly behind Lakeview Cemetery. Section 2/Township 20S./Range 30E. Parcels 11.12.13 Parcel #18

(9) Concord Cemetery:
From the Museum, go south on 17/92 5.3 miles. The Cemetery is on the corner of 17/92 and Plumosa Ave. behind a small parking lot. Large cemetery; Hooker family: Section 8/ Township 21 E. Range 30 E. Parcel 5


(10) Evergreen Municipal Cemetery:
From the Museum, go north on 17.92 3.4 miles to 24th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west .8 miles to the Sanford Cemetery Complex. Evergreen is on the south side of 46A bounded by All Souls Catholic Cemetery on the east and the railroad tracks on the west. Section 2/Township 20S. Range 30E.


(11) Forest City Colored Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(12) Fort Reed Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(14) Geneva Cemetery:
Take C.R. #46 east 10.0 miles to Geneva. Turn left/north on 1st Street.2 miles to Cemetery Rd. Turn right on Cemetery Rd. .4miles and road dead ends into the cemetery. Section 22/Township 20 S./ Range 32E. Parcel 24.

(15) Geneva Cemetery: A.K.A. –Geneva Colored Cemetery:
Take C.R. #46/25th St. east 8 miles toward Geneva. Turn left on Osceola Rd. 3.0 miles to Little Fawn Rd. Little Fawn is a sand road (in 1940) and the cemetery is on the right. Section 9/Township 20S. Range 32E. Parcel 7


(16) Glen Ethel Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(17) Highlands Memory Gardens:
From the Museum, go south on #17/92 3.7 miles to #434. Turn right/west and go 7.0 miles to S.R. #436. Turn right/west on #436 2.0 miles. Highland memory Gardens is on the north/right side of S.R. #436 in what used to be known as Forest City. Section 7/Township 21S. Range 29 E.


(18) Lake Brantley Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(19) Lake Howell United Methodist Cemetery: A.K.A. Howell Creek Cemetery
From the Museum go south on #17/92 6.3 miles to S.R. #436. Turn left/east on #436 3.0 miles and turn left/east on Howell Branch Rd. Go .8 miles to Kuzmany Rd. Turn right/south on Kuzmany Rd. .1 mile. The cemetery is located on the right/west side of the road. Section 34/Township 21S./Range 30E.

(20) Lake Mary Cemetery:
From the Museum, go north on #17/92 1.1 miles to Lake Mary Blvd. Turn left/west on Lake Mary Blvd. Proceed 1.8 miles to Palmetto St. Turn on Palmetto St. .2 miles to Greenleaf St. Go east on Greenleaf St. .1 mile to the Lake Mary cemetery. The cemetery is located on the north side of the St. Section 9/Township 20S./Range 30E. Parcel 24

(21) Lake View Cemetery:
From the Museum go north on 17/92/French Ave. 3.4 miles to 25th. And turn left/west on 25th St. Go .8 miles to the Sanford Cemetery Complex. Lakeview is directly behind All Souls Catholic Cemetery in front of the Combined Cemeteries. Most burials are in the newer Evergreen Cemetery that is northwest of Lakeview. Some of Seminole County’s pioneers are buried in this cemetery. Section 2/Township 20S. Range 30E.


(22) Longwood Memorial Gardens:
From the Museum go south on #16/92 2.8 miles. Turn west/right on Longdale Ave. .8 miles to the cemetery. Section 22/Township 20S. Range 30E.


(23) Longwood Colored Cemetery: markers have disappeared.

(24) Miller Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(25) New Island Lake Cemetery: A.K.A. Oak Grove Cemetery; Island Lake Burial League; Overstreet Cemetery; Glover Corner Cemetery.
From the Museum go north on #17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. C.R. 46A in Sanford. Turn left/west 5.8 miles ( passing other cemeteries). Turn north/right at 46A-431. At Markham Rd. turn west 1.4 miles to Markham Woods Rd. Turn south .3 miles to Fieldwood Blvd, then turn west .3 miles to the power line access road. The cemetery is .1 mile on the east side of the access road. Church affiliated. ( 1940) Section 2 /Township 20 S. Range 29E. parcel #4
Island Lake Church Yard Cemetery - when the old Island Lake Church burned down, the Island Lake Burial League began burying in the old Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery, renaming it New Island Lake Cemetery. The Old Island Lake Cemetery now stands with no markers, although it is reported to have a large number of graves.

(26) Overstreet Colored Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(27) New Upsala Cemetery:
From the Museum go north on #17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west/left 1.7 miles to Upsala Rd. then turn right/north on Upsala. The cemetery is on the west/left side of the road and set back off the road.1 miles. The original Swedish Lutheran Church is no longer on site. There is a Historical Marker on site. Section 33/Township 19S./Range 30E.


(28) Oaklawn Memorial Park:
First established as Lakeview Cemetery in 1881, this property was developed as a commercial cemetery in 1954.
From the Museum go north on #17/92 3.4 miles to 25th ST. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west 4.3 miles passing other cemeteries. Oaklawn is located on the south/left side of C.R. 46A. The office and Chapel are on the north/right side of C.R. 46A. The cross street is Rhinehart Rd. Section 5/Township 20S. Range 30E.

(29) Oviedo Cemetery:
From the Museum take 17.92 .9 mile to S.R. #419. Turn southeast on S.R. 3419 2.4 miles to junction with S.R. #434. Turn East/left #434-#419 7.1 miles to S.R. 426. Turn right/west .7mile to Aulin Road. (across from the Oviedo High School football field. The cemetery is on the corner of S.R. #426 and Aulin Rd. Ownership City and Methodist Church has records. City of Oviedo- Section 16/Township 21S. Range 31S.parcel #11.

(31) Paola Church Yard Cemetery: A.K.A. Banana Lake Cemetery
From Museum go north on #17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west/left ( passing other cemeteries) to the corner of Banana Lake Road and C.R. 46A-431. The cemetery is on the south/right side of 46A between a small lake and Banana Lake Rd. Section 6/Township 20S. Range 30E. (Parcel 8A)


(32) Pinnie Grove Cemetery: all markers have disappeared.

(33) Restlawn Cemetery:
From the Museum go north on 17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn West/Left .8 mile to Restlawn. The cemetery is on the north/right side of 25th Street across from the Sanford Cemetery Complex. Parcel 36. Section 35; Township 19S. Range 30E.

(34) St. Luke’s Cemetery: A.K.A. Slavia Lutheran Cemetery; Slovak Lutheran Cemetery
From the Museum go south on #17/92 6.3 miles to S.R. #436. Turn East/right on S.R. 436 1.5 miles. Turn east/left on Red Bug Lake Rd. 5.8 miles to S.R. #426, then turn south/right on #426/Aloma .6 miles to Chapman Rd.  Turn east/left and cemetery in located on right at the corner of Chapman and Church Street. Section 29/Township 21S./Range 31E.


(35) St. Richard’s Episcopal Memorial Garden:
From the Museum, go south on #17/92 6.3 miles. Turn east/left on S.R. #436 and go 3.0 miles to Howell Branch Rd. Turn west/right .5 miles to Lake Howell Rd. Turn south/left .6miles. The church is on the west /right side of the road.


(36) Seminole County Cemetery; A.K.A. County Home Cemetery; Pauper Cemetery; Potter’s Field Cemetery
Go out the entrance of the Museum and make a right on Bush Blvd. Go to the stop sign and turn right on County Home Rd. go 1mile and cemetery is located on the left just passed SCC baseball field. Section 15/Township 20S. Range 30E.


(37) Shiloh Baptist Cemetery: A.K.A Friendship and Union Lodge Cemetery - Black
From the Museum go north on 17/92 3.4 miles to 25th St. (C.R. 46A) in Sanford. Turn west/left .8 mile to the Sanford Cemetery Complex. Take the second drive that runs between All Souls and Evergreen Cemeteries, and proceed past Lake View and into the Combined Cemetery. At the first fork go left, and at the second fork stay to the right. Proceed 500 ft., turn left and continue 400 feet to Shiloh Baptist Cemetery. (1940) Section 2/Township 20S. Range 30 E.Parcel #14

(39) Memory Garden Cemetery (previously known as Slovak National Cemetery). 145 Moyses Rd. Casselberry.
From the Museum, go south on #17/92 6.3 miles to S.R. #436. Turn east and proceed 3.0 miles. Turn east on Howell Branch Rd. and then travel .8 miles to Kuzmany Rd. Go south .2 mile passing the United Methodist Cemetery, which is directly to the north of Slovak National Cemetery. Section 29/Township 21S. Range 31E.

From the Museum, go south on 17/92 6.8 miles (passing S.R. #436). Turn west on South Street .1 mile. The cemetery is on the north side of the street. Section 18/Township 21S. Range 30E.
