The Award Winning Seminole County Trail system is comprised of three Showcase paved trails, Seminole Wekiva Trail , Cross Seminole Trail and the Kewannee Trail as well as one Showcase unpaved trail, the Flagler Trail. Much of the trail system follows the Florida National Scenic Trail.
All paved trails consist of 12' - 14' wide asphalt. Amenities on the paved trails include benches and trash receptacles. The Seminole County Blueway Trails are filled with unique opportunities to observe Central Florida's native flora and fauna. We offer miles of beautiful shoreline, providing paddlers with a variety of opportunities and experiences as they explore the rivers and rich array of diverse ecosystems that make up Seminole County’s rivers, lakes and waterways. You can travel the Wekiva River, St. Johns River and the Econlockhatchee River and experience Florida’s natural beauty. Along the way you can stop for lunch, explore one of our Natural Lands areas, or stop along the shoreline to just enjoy the view! You can also make reservations to camp along the way.
