BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE
Dear Prospective Master Gardener,
Thank you for your interest in the Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Program! You will find the information below useful to you in understanding the Florida Master Gardener Volunteer program, as well as the role and responsibilities of a Master Gardener Volunteer. It will also give you insight into the Florida Cooperative Extension Service, how it functions, and how Master Gardener Volunteers operate as part of the Extension Service.
This year we will select 15 people from Seminole County to participate in the Master Gardener Volunteer training program scheduled to begin January 11th of 2021. Seminole County will be partnering with the Orange and Osceola Master Gardener programs to produce an online classroom. Class will take place as weekly modules covering a variety of horticultural and agricultural topics and last for 12 weeks.
