When using Windows or Mac OS, pop-up blockers must be disabled, and clearing the browser cache is required for first-time use of our ePlan ProjectDox Review site. If you need additional assistance, contact your IT department or a local computer company.
Step 1: ProjectDox EPlan uses pop-up windows. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, you will have to disable the blocker for the ePlan ProjectDox Review site.
Step 2: Users are encouraged to clear the Temporary Cache folders for their browsers as there are occasional updates to ePlan ProjectDox. Please see your browser’s Help files for instructions on clearing the Temporary Cache folder. If you see a white screen after logging in to ePlan ProjectDox, the browser cache must be cleared, close all open windows, and open a new browser window to enter the ePlan ProjectDox review site.
Step 3: Passwords for first-time users will be sent an email from ePlan ProjectDox containing a case sensitive temporary password. You may also click "Forgot Password" to receive a verification code to log in. We are unable to change your password. Once the verification code is received, update your profile, and DO NOT complete the security questions at the bottom of the profile page to change your password. Once you click "Save" you will be able to click "Open" on the task.
Step 4: A new window will open, follow the instructions on the page to ensure the task is completed. Completing the task notifies Seminole County you are ready for review. If a task is not completed, this will result in a delay in your review.
