final engineering inspection

This form is for a final engineering inspection on all Building Permits. Once all site work is completed and before you submit for a final on your building this inspection needs to be completed.

Please fill in the areas below and submit the form. Once the form is submitted you will be contacted by an inspector if there is any issues with the inspection otherwise you will be able to schedule your building final within 48 hours of inspection submittal.

Some examples of inspection items include but are not limited to: ADA sidewalk checks, any damage to the Right-Of-Way to include sidewalk, curb, sod, trees, drainage. Inspections also include erosion issues around the structure to include proper drainage, sod and conveyance swales.
