* The Seminole County Citizens Academy program is available to participants free of charge. In order to facilitate this program at no cost, participants are required to attend at least eight (8) of the ten (10) sessions in order to complete the program and participate in the graduation ceremony. By signing below you affirm that, if selected for the program, you will attend no fewer than the minimum required number of sessions and that, if three (3) or more sessions are missed, your enrollment in the program may be terminated.
