Seminole County Community Service Department Community Development Division is accepting applications for the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program for residents of the City of Sanford. This program is funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. This program is designed to provide funding in the form of an interest free, deferred payment loan to qualified homeowners with needed repairs and/or alterations to improve their health, safety and well-being, and to contribute to the structural integrity and preservation of their owner-occupied home.
Applications will be accepted Monday, January 14, 2019 thru Thursday, January 31, 2019. If you are interested, applications are available at Seminole County Community Services Office, 534 West Lake Mary Boulevard or at Sanford City Hall in the City Manager’s Office, 300 N Park Avenue; both located in Sanford, FL. Applications are also available below and on the City’s website at www.sanfordfl.gov. Applications are processed in the order which they are received. Assistance is provided based on eligibility and on a, first-qualified, first-served basis. If needed, due to high volume of applications received, a waiting list will be created based on the date and time the application was submitted.
Applications will be accepted based on funding availability and can close without further notice.
