Dear Prospective Master Gardener,
Thank you for your interest in the Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Program! You will find the information below useful to you in understanding the Florida Master Gardener Volunteer program, as well as the role and responsibilities of a Master Gardener Volunteer. It will also give you insight into the Florida Cooperative Extension Service, how it functions, and how Master Gardener Volunteers operate as part of the Extension Service.
This year we will select 30 people from Seminole County to participate in the Master Gardener Volunteer training program scheduled to begin January 6th of 2021. Classes will take place twice per week on Wednesdays and Fridays through February 12th. In order to be considered for this year's program, you will need to do several things:
