Proposed Substantial Amendment to the Seminole County
FY2022 One-Year Action Plan
On January 10, 2023, the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners will consider amending the FY2022 One-Year Action Plan. The One-Year Action Plan governs the allocation and expenditure Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).
The proposed Substantial Amendment of the FY2022 One-Year Action Plan is to add the Rapid Unsheltered Survivor Housing (RUSH) under the ESG program where HUD is making available $386,784 in ESG disaster funding to Seminole County
This change to the FY2022 Annual Action Plan allows new funds to be used under the ESG guidelines as they relate to homeless individuals or families or individuals or families who are at risk of homelessness that have been residing in an area affected by a major disaster and have needs that will not be served or fully served by the TSA Program and other existing Federal disaster relief programs.
