ORANGE BOULEVARD AREA LAND USE STUDY COMMUNITY MEETING

The Seminole County Planning & Development Division is currently conducting a small area land use study for a segment of the Orange Boulevard corridor between Missouri Ave and 600’ S of Wella Ct. The purpose of the meeting is to review existing land use data and residential densities and gauge public interest in the creation of a rural residential enclave and transitional area overlay in the Seminole County Comprehensive Plan.

Staff will be conducting a community meeting on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
