The Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will conduct a workshop as noticed above, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Services Building, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, Florida, Room 1028 (Board Chambers). The purpose of this workshop is receive public input and have BCC discussion on the item listed below:

Impact Fees Workshop # 2 – Pursuant to HB 337 Impact Fees, a workshop is being held to review proposed ordinances and a resolution amending impact fee provisions and rates and to discuss the extraordinary circumstances necessitating the need to exceed the impact fee percentage increase limitations set in HB 337 for Fire and Rescue and Library Impact Fees, the Mobility Fee (replacing the Road Impact Fees) and the Water and Wastewater Connection Fees.  Countywide (Rebecca Hammock, Project Manager)

Interested parties are encouraged to appear at this workshop and present written/oral input regarding the item listed above and related matters or submit written comments to rhammock@seminolecountyfl.gov at the Seminole County Planning and Development Division, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, FL 32771, Room 2028, or telephone REBECCA HAMMOCK at 407-665-7397; FAX 407-665-7385. This workshop may be continued from time to time as found necessary. In light of the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus, telephone and communications media technology for public participation may be utilized for this meeting if deemed necessary.
