Seminole County intends to make substantial amendments to the FY 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan and FY 2019/2020 Action Plan to program supplemental Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The grants will be used to respond to the impacts of COVID-19. It will be used for eligible costs to prepare for, respond to and prevent the spread of COVID-19. The grant can also be used to take measures to provide mortgage assistance to eligible low income homeowners to prevent foreclosures and displacement.
