In accordance with Florida Statute 420.9076, Seminole County Community Development Division staff and the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) have prepared an annual Affordable Housing Incentives Report, that provides a list of incentives and recommendations to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and Seminole County Board of County Commissioners that can be used to foster increased development of affordable housing throughout the County. The 2021-2022 Affordable Housing Incentives Report, evaluates the County’s progress with implementing current incentives strategies during the prior program year.
On Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., the Seminole County Community Development Division will host a public hearing of the 2021-2022 Affordable Housing Incentives Report during the AHAC meeting. The meeting will be held at the Community Services Department, 520 W. Lake Mary Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773 in the 3rd Floor conference room. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and offer comments.
