The application and other required documentation is submitted to the Building Department

The application is passed to addressing which will assign or verify an address for the 911 system.
Zoning will review and verify the site and building plans for setback and any other land development requirements. Impact fees will also be set
Flood Prone Areas
(1-2 days - if required)
Flood Prone will review the application and inform or notify the applicant of any necessary requirements
(2-3 days - if required)
Wetlands will review the application and inform or notify the applicant of any necessary requirements
(3-5 working days)
The plans will be reviewed. A list of inspections that will be required is relayed to the customer
Update and Issue
A permit tech will contact the customer with what fees they will need to pay and any items required prior to the permit being issued. The customer will come to the County Services Building to pay and will receive the permit.
