We look forward to developing and strengthening the concept of team and community first within the DPW. We are blessed with having some very talented people at all levels of my staff. The leaders are challenged to properly motivate and develop the talent we have. We owe it to our community to properly and effectively steward the resources with which we have been entrusted. We must believe in ourselves and make our citizens believe that the Seminole County DPW stands for Dedicated, Professional Workforce, and not just the same Old Department of Public Works.
