Candyland Park Trail

LOCATION: The preliminary alignment for this trail will follow neighborhood streets to connect local parks and schools.

LENGTH: Upon completion, this trail will be 3.1 miles long.

STATUS: County staff is working with the City of Longwood on a plan to develop this trail. Several alternative alignments are currently being considered. One of these is depicted on the map above.

CHARACTER: The Candyland Park Trail will be a paved trail through residential and historic areas of Longwood.

FUTURE: The Candyland Park Trail may connect to the E.E. Williamson Trail and to the Seminole County Trails Network.

CONNECTIONS & DESTINATIONS: The Candyland Park Trail will connect to Candyland
Park
, Smallworld Park, Reiter Park, Sandalwood Park, Longwood Elementary School, and to the Longwood Historic District.
