The Question:

Do I need a permit to build a driveway across a trail?

The Answer:

Yes. In January 2002, the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners approved the Trails Protection Ordinance. The ordinance establishes an approval process for trail crossings, shared uses, and encroachments.
