What is the purpose of a trail system? What are the benefits to citizens?

The Answer:

The purpose of a trail system is to provide citizens with a system of non-motorized transportation and recreation corridors. Trails provide a scenic, safe, convenient location for bicycle, pedestrian, and in-line skate travel.

Seminole County is proud to have given its residents the opportunity to decide whether or not they want the government to build more trails and we have heard the resounding "yes" vote for this program.
