How do we get nicer sign posts in our neighborhood?

The Answer:

Some of the requirements to enter into a Decorative Post Agreements with Seminole County and HOA's are :

a. A written request from the HOA.
b. All sign posts must meet Seminole County Standards.
c. All sign posts are purchased and maintained by the HOA.
d. The HOA will provide a certificate of insurance showing Seminole County Board of County Commissioners as certificate holder.
