Services provided by the Roads-Stormwater Division are based upon a neighborhood team approach. That is, a single team and their assigned equipment to a specific geographical area. This revolution allows teams a specific familiarity and historical maintenance knowledge within their district. Within these neighborhoods, customer contacts are more readily established allowing a faster response time, more efficient and personal service and a sense of ownership and partnership with the community.
