MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM

Service Request Form

Seminole County Mosquito Control is required to follow Florida State laws and regulations regarding control of mosquitoes.

We rely on service requests from residents to determine where we focus our efforts. Without requests from the local residents, it is difficult to locate all problem areas.

Once we receive this service request, we will send out a licensed technician to inspect and treat as necessary. You may also receive a call requesting more information.

Mosquito Spray - Spray for adult biting mosquitoes in my area

No Spray Request - I do not wish my property to be sprayed for adult mosquitoes or contact me prior to my area being sprayed for flying mosquitoes.

Mosquitofish Request - I have a pond or other container that may produce mosquitoes and wish mosquito eating fish be provided to control mosquito larvae.

Mosquito Source - There is a mosquito producing source that I would like inspected and treated that I know of.
