Travel Time and Delay Study



The 2011 Travel Time and Delay Study was performed by Metric Engineering, Inc during the period of January 11, 2011 to April 14, 2011.

The Travel Time and Delay study is used to monitor the level of service for roadways in the County. The level of service is rated from A to F, with A being the best and F being the worst. The study is used by County staff to identify potential roadway improvement projects and to compare before and after conditions once a roadway improvement has been completed.
