Utility/Miscellaneous Permits

DocumentConstruction and maintenance of utility and other miscellaneous improvements within the unincorporated County road right-of-way, land, easements and for County right-of-way within unincorporated areas must be authorized by a Seminole County Public Works Engineering Division Construction Permit. This Construction Permit is for various types of public or private utilities or facilities, construction activity, maintenance of traffic (MOT), excavation, restoration, horizontal boring, open cuts of County roads, landscaping and irrigation.

  • Call the Engineering Reception Area at 407-665-5674 for information for a construction permit.
  • Call the Development Review Section of Engineering Division 407-665-5762 for all issues related to new site, subdivision or residential driveway construction.
  • Call Seminole County Planning and Development Business Office 407-665-7356 for all issues related to concurrency.
