1. WEEDS - GRASS
Uncultivated vegetation in excess of 24" in height and located within 75’ of a structure is a violation.
   
2. VEHICLES - JUNK
A dismantled, wrecked or non-operating vehicle must be stored in an enclosed garage or attached carport in a residential zone. For Vehicles in the right of way contact the Sheriff's Office at (407) 665-6650.
   
3. TRASH
The accumulation of trash not in containers may be a nuisance violation. Unusable appliances, furniture etc. may be a violation. Mulch, compost piles and firewood are not a violation. (Code Team & Solid Waste)
   

4. BUSINESS IN THE HOME
A home business that stocks merchandise for resale, has workers or customers at the house is a violation in most residential zones.
   

5. MOBILE HOME
A mobile home must be granted a special exception, before it is placed on an agricultural property. Renewal of this exception may be needed. (Zoning) A park and tie down permit is needed to install the home.
