Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) of 2006

Seminole County has completed its assessment of the County's Comprehensive Plan (also known as the Vision 2020: A Guide to the Journey Ahead). The Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) reviewed the assessment and found it to be "sufficient". The County then proceeded through the steps of preparing, hearing and adopting amendments to the Comprehensive Plan based on the assessment in December of 2008.
