of utilization of right-of-way:
1. Longitudinal cuts
a. basic fee.....$90.00 plus
cut less than 1 foot wide.....$1.75 per 100 feet
(or fraction thereof)
cut 1 foot to 3 feet wide.....$4.25 per 100 feet
(or fraction thereof)
cut greater than 3 feet wide.....$8.00 per 100
feet (or fraction thereof)
2. Transverse cuts:
a. Open cut - paved areas (each cut)
cut greater than 15 square feet.....$270.00
cut 15 square feet or less.....$90.00
b. Open cut - unpaved areas (each cut).....$108.00
c. Bore and jack (each operation).....$99.00
3. Overhead Utilities:
a. Installation of poles (other than repair or maintenance).....$75.00
plus $1.50 per pole up
to 50 feet in height plus $2.00 per pole in excess
of 50 feet in height
b. Work on previously permitted over head utility poles (including the
addition of
intermediate poles in an existing overhead line).....$28.00
plus $1.00 per existing or additional pole

Inspection
of Curb Cuts (driveway):
1. Residential driveway.....$45.00
2. Commercial driveway.....$425.00 per driveway
(Fee is waived if site inspection fee is applicable. no
fees for curb cut in State of Florida
right-of-way jurisdiction. Permits must be obtained
from the Florida Department of
Transportation for driveways under their jurisdiction.)

of total construction cost of ALL committed
improvements for which no other current
permit applies ($110.00 minimum fee)
This fee is not applicable if fee is
paid under Section III, "Subdivision
Regulations", or Section IV, "Site Plan"

of all water & sewer system construction

on public right-of-way dedicated to
the public on recorded plats, the development
of which is not governed by current
subdivision regulations.....1.69% of
the total construction cost of ALL

Fees imposed in Sections III, IV,
and VIII are waived when the permit holder
is required to relocate improvements
within the right-of-way due to construction
or reconstruction of any road by the
County and such relocation takes place
in conjunction with said construction. Similarly,
fees will be waived whenever utilities
are placed in the right-of-way during
and in conjunction with the construction
or reconstruction of any road by the
County.
