IV. SITE PLAN

1. Site plan review (for those site plans that are required to be reviewed by the Development Review Committee and are not being reviewed concurrently with an application for zoning or special extension).....$1000.00 plus $20.00 per 1000 square feet of impervious surfaces.  Allows one resubmittal, additional resubmittals are 10% of original submittal fee. ($7000.00 maximum fee)
   
   

2. Small site plan review/temporary sales trailer application (for those site plans that are NOT required to be reviewed by Development Review Committee).....$200.00
   
   

3. Inspection of water & sewer utilities.....2.50% of all water & sewer system construction cost under $50,000.00 and 2.30% of all water & sewer construction cost $50,000.00 and up ($110.00 minimum fee)
   
   

4. Engineering inspection of committed improvements.....1.44% of total construction cost of ALL committed improvements for which no other current permit applies ($110.00 minimum fee)
   
   

5. Inspections:
   1. Final Inspection (including committment)....One final inspection is covered in other inspection fees
   2. Final Reinspection.....$150.00 each
   3. Reinspection....$28.00
   4. Any other resinpection on same item.....$50.00
   5. Request After Hours Inspections:
       
       Weekends and Holidays.....$40.00 per hour - 4 hour minimum (In addition to applicable     permit/inspection fees)
   
       Weekday....$40.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum
                         (In addition to applicable permit/inspection fees)
   
   

6. Land Development Code waiver request to B.C.C......$100.00
