III. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS

1. Subdivision Plat
   
   1. Development Plan.....$250.00 plus $5.00 per lot
   2. Preliminary Plan.....$1000.00 plus $15.00 per lot ($2270.00 maximum fee)
   3. Final plat (including final engineering)....$3500.00 plus $25.00 per lot (allow for one resubmittal, each additional submittal is charged $200.00 - $5300.00 maximum fee)
   

2. Minor Plat.....$1000.00 plus $75.00 per lot
   
   
3. Engineering inspections for required improvements.....$2.06% of total construction cost of all committed improvements under $500,000 for which no other permits apply and 1.80% of total construction cost of all committed improvements over $500,000 for which no other permits apply - $110.00 minimum fee)
   
   
4. Inspection of water and sewer utilities....2.50% of all water & sewer system construction cost under $50,000 and 2.30% of all water & sewer system construction cost $50,000.00 and up - $110.00 minimum fee)
   
   
5. Variance to public access requirements.....$50.00
   
   
6. Lot Split Applications.....$110.00
   
   
7. Vacate and abandonment
   1. Roads.....$1110.00
   2. Plats.....$295.00
   3. Drainage Easements.....$370.00
   4. Utility Easements.....$250.00
   
   
8. Inspections
   1. Reinspection.....$28.00
   2. Any other reinspection on same item.....$50.00
   3. Final Inspection.....One final inspection is covered in original permit fees
   4. Final Reinspections.....$150.00 each
   5. Request After Hours Inspections:
       
       Weekends and Holidays.....$40.00 per hour - 4 hour minimum (In addition to applicable     permit/inspection fees)
   
       Weekday.....$40.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum (In addition to applicable permit/inspection fees)
