is charged $200.00 - $5300.00 maximum fee)

- Engineering
inspections for required improvements.....$2.06%
of total construction cost of all committed
improvements under $500,000 for which
no other permits apply and 1.80% of total
construction cost of all committed improvements
over $500,000 for which no other permits
apply - $110.00 minimum fee)
- Inspection
of water and sewer utilities....2.50%
of all water & sewer system construction
cost under $50,000 and 2.30% of all water & sewer
system construction cost $50,000.00 and
up - $110.00 minimum fee)
- Variance
