Submittal Requirements for a New Development
Pertains to the Cities of Lake Mary, Longwood and Casselberry
The Seminole County Addressing Office has been assigned responsibility for coordinating and maintaining the building numbers, street names and complex/subdivision names for the City of Longwood, Lake Mary and Casselberry as well as any unincorporated areas in Seminole County.
When submitting plans for Development Review at Longwood, Lake Mary or Casselberry, the following is required to be submitted to Seminole County’s Addressing Office:

The Seminole County Addressing Office reviews plans for the purpose of approving street names, subdivisions and complex names and issuing addresses for E-911.
Fees will be determined when all required information has been submitted.
