Seminole County received Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). An eligible use of these funds is the development of affordable rental units to assist low income households. The successful applicant will manage these properties through a long term master lease agreement with the County.
Applications must be submitted to the Community Services Department by 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2018. Applicants must submit one original application along with 4 paper copies and one electronic pdf copy. Applications must be submitted in a three ring binder.
