Consolidated Plan Survey

Seminole County is required to submit a Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive grant funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).

The Consolidated Plan determines local housing and community development needs and identifies strategies for addressing those needs. The Consolidated Plan directs how the County’s federal grants will be allocated.

The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice is a tool for identifying barriers to fair housing and determining strategies for addressing those barriers.
