Red Bug Lake
This park is located 2 miles east of State Road 436 on Red Bug Lake Road. It is a 60 acre park adjacent to the 28 acre Red Bug Lake. Red Bug Lake Park offers picnicking, playgrounds, fishing, boating (hand carried only), tennis, racquetball, wallyball, basketball, sand volleyball, softball, flag football/soccer, jogging/walking exercise trail, and pavilion rentals. Restrooms are available throughout the park.

Tennis programs for beginner through the advanced tournament player are offered for youth and adult. Adult softball leagues for men and women are also available with 10 week Spring, Summer and Winter Leagues offered. Soccer and flag football programs are run by community groups using Red Bug Lake Park.

Hours of Operation
The park hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Note: Parks Close at 5pm on the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Seminole County Parks and Leisure facilities will not be staffed on holidays observed by Seminole County government. For more information, call 407-665-2190.
