Public/Obligated Notice: Conflict of Interest

A Seminole County employee has requested services in the Community Assistance office. The County Attorney’s Office has been notified of the potential conflict and deemed this person is eligible for services based on County policy. This staff member has not in any way received any preferential treatment or had any involvement in processing this request for assistance nor does providing this assistance violate any local, state, or federal laws. This notice is being made public in accordance with the Seminole County Community Services Department Conflict of Interest Policy. Notice of Funding Availability and Solicitation of Proposals (City of Sanford)

On October 1, 2017, the City of Sanford received $401,643 for Program Year 2017/2018 in Federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for activities that benefit low and moderate income persons/households. The City of Sanford has allocated $55,000 for Economic Development activities for Program Year 2017/2018.

Notice of Funding Availability and Solicitation of Proposals

On October 1, 2019, Seminole County expects to receive funding from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for activities that primarily benefit low and moderate income families or persons. The County is now soliciting proposals to help meet the needs that are identified in the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan.
