Prescribed Burn Planned at Econ River Wilderness Area This Friday

Seminole County, Fla., June 11, 2009-Weather conditions permitting, Seminole County Natural Lands is planning a prescribed burn at the Econ River Wilderness Area on Friday, June 12 from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. The burn is being conducted for ecological purposes. The property will be closed during the prescribed burn and should be re-opened either late Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Please contact Sherry Williams 321-363-7977 if you have questions.
