Planning & Zoning Commission
Seminole County's Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission consists of seven (7) volunteer, unpaid members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) to advise on planning and land development matters. The Planning and Zoning Commission meets once
a month (first Wednesday) to hear
and make recommendations to the Board
of County Commissioners on proposed zoning and land
use changes.
