Development Processes and Applications

Planning & Development is responsible for assisting customers in complying with the Seminole County Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan for their development projects.  Staff serves as a facilitator for the general public, elected and appointed officials and other county employees.  Planning & Development staff processes applications for the following development related activities.
