The Question:
5. How large an easement must be available for construction activities?
 
The Answer:

The Preliminary Engineering Study will define the required easement area.  However, the minimum width to be anticipated is fifteen (15) feet.  All easement areas are required to be cleared of any and all obstructions prior to the commencement of construction activities.
