The deadline is required to ensure a complete and accurate non-ad valorem assessment roll is submitted to the Tax Collector by the statutory deadline of September 15 [Florida Statute 197.3632].  The assessment roll submitted in September will be processed by the Tax Collector for inclusion with the property tax bill for the current tax year.
