Please call the Solid Waste Management customer service line at (407) 665-2260 to communicate any concerns that you have regarding your service provider.  To ensure customer satisfaction, it is the policy of the Solid Waste Management Division to address all concerns regarding a service provider in a timely manner with most concerns addressed within 24 hours.
